Network

Maintaining relationships

Networks represent relationships between people based on well-founded trust and which can therefore withstand stress.

In a social and business environment that otherwise seems to be subject to an ever-increasing pace of change, the durability of such relationships can hardly be overestimated since they survive the cheapening of values.

The basis of a good network is mutual respect and loyalty. Here the will to advance one’s partners towards their goals is a major component of mutual networking.

We see the cornerstones of our networks as, among other things:

  • our own confident conduct and opinion that are not only built on business management and technical knowledge but also follow a humanistic philosophical approach.

  • our own position in the areas of people, business and strategy (“leadership”).
